The Private Equity UA investment group was formed in August 2008 by two partners – Oleg Ivanets and Oleg Palansky.

The Group is active mainly in technological projects development. We work mainly in the following fields:

~ Biofuel

~ Agriculture

~ Hi-tech

Currently we have 3 active projects that are at the stage of fund raising:

1. Biofuel Technology Park, the combination of bioethanol, biogas and biodiesel production. Developed together with Ikhlas-Agro-Energy. Project value 12.5 mln. Euro.

2. Biogas Energy Park 36 MW. The Project is at the stage of technical documentation development. Total Project budget – 105 mln. Euro.

3. Agroecology Holding, focus on plant growing. Project data can’t be disclosed for the moment.
