The Private Equity UA investment group was formed
in August 2008 by Oleg Ivanets. Since 2009 Alexander Slobodyan as a partner provides juridical support to all
projects. In 2010 Sergey Golubev has joined us to
focus on Investment Banking. Also since 2010 Bert Jägel is our main
technology expert and in 2011 he became a partner of the Group and its Chief
Technology Officer. Together we’re one of the most experienced and professional
team in private equity project development and financing.

Ivanets, Founder Oleg is Master
of Economics. 7 years of financial, investment and business experience in prominent
investment companies among which CreditProm-Capital and the TEKT Group.
Focused on Group’s strategy development, waste management, alternative energy
and IT projects. Also provides substantial macroeconomic researches, acts as
an expert to key economic mass media, including “Economic izvestia”,
“Economic Pravda”, “Correspondent”, “Kommersant”, “Business Magazine”,

Sergey
Golubev, Partner focused on Investment Banking Sergey
has over 10 years of investment and financial experience, worked as Head of
Research in CreditProm-Capital. For last 3 years focused on Investment banking.
Managing director of the Brigantine Capital, member of the Private Equity UA
Group, an investment banking boutique that provides a complete portfolio of
services, including: sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, private capital

Partner, Chief Technical Officer Bert
has a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering/ Constructions. Over 20
years experience in management, procurement and consultancy in prominent
national- & international engineering- and construction companies, such
as Tebodin Consultants & Engineers and J&F Building Division
Netherlands. During the recent years focused on the sustainable development
of international industrial-, public -and commercial facilities, i.e. Zero
Waste & Energy facilities in CEE and the Netherlands. Lecturer at divers
seminars about Sustainability, Architecture and Integral Design, Member of
the CEE Green Building Professional Association and Member of the Association

Slobodan, Partner, Chief Lawyer Alexander has
over 5 years of law practice in investment companies among which Art Capital,
CreditProm-Capital. Provided law support to number
of projects in Alternative Energy, Real Estate and Asset Management. PhD
candidate focused his research at Ukrainian Asset Management Law Practice,
number of innovative articles and developed solutions in the field, acted as
UAIB member, provided solutions to State Securities and Stock Market
