Asset Management:

The Private Equity UA Group doesn’t provide classical Asset Management on the stock market. Instead of that we provide two services:

 

~        Asset allocations in venture investment opportunities. Normally, such investments are called “high-risk” but in times of crisis they become “low-risk” because it allows much higher level of control than any other types of investment. The investor receives not less than 25% of the share capital in the project that guaranties him an active management influence at the project development. The minimal amount of investments is 10 000 Euro. The investment characteristic of the projects are very high (IRR – not less than 50%) and also the venture projects provide huge social effect (that usually is used for PR).

 

~        Swiss Private Banking. The Private Equity UA Group is a strategic partner of a number of Swiss companies among which there are few Private Banks. Swiss Private Banks are relatively small (in international scale) banks with only couple of thousands clients. But these banks with about 200 years of experience and operations worldwide provide all possible financial services without any limitations with personal approach. And also they have the highest level of security in the world.
